| Educational Outcomes |
| The following educational outcomes are central to the Global Leader Program (GLP) curriculum. They guide the conception and design of each individual class, the progression of courses from the 1st year to 3rd year, and the day-to-day teacher-student interaction and cooperation.

| Students who complete the GLP will exhibit the following skills: |

Critical Thinking
Across the curriculum, students will have the ability to independently create their own ideas, evaluate, analyze, synthesize, and critique other ideas, and ask questions that lead to a higher level of understanding. |

Debate
Students will develop proficiency in verbally forming, defending, and questioning ideas in formal, informal, and extemporaneous settings. |

Cross-cultural Versatility and Adaptability
Students will develop a cultural fluency that will enable them to feel comfortable and confident in globalized settings, and to ultimately thrive as global leaders. |

Research
Students will learn basic research methodologies and
strategies. They will demonstrate the ability to frame problems and
ask questions that will effectively direct research leading to both
solutions and new possibilities. |

Leadership
Imbued with an appreciation of the beauty and diversity of human society, students will develop a leadership style that promotes mutual respect and understanding, as well as productivity and prosperity. |

Creativity and Innovation
The GLP emphasizes the importance of creativity and innovative thinking in all aspects of the students¡¯ experience. Creativity means not just artistic ability. It means having an open mind, a desire to explore new intellectual and experiential terrains, a willingness to take risks, and a love of humankind and its limitless potential. |
