| Film and Video Log (VLOG) |

| The purpose for the Film and Video Log (Vlog) Club is to give students the opportunity to express themselves and to present ideas and their creativity to a wider audience on a globally accessible source of information: the Internet. Our club plans to utilize web-sites such as YouTube to present our videos to the world. We plan to use it to introduce our school and show aspects of everyday life at Bugil Academy, particularly at the GLP. We aim to capture the extraordinary moments that happen at school and related activities and programs. Through these activities, hopefully we will develop creativity in both spontaneous and well-planned recordings. And we expect that participants will develop organizational and improvisational skills. Through the creation of storyboards and careful editing, creativity and artistic qualities will see development (producers, editors). Also having opportunities to place oneself in front of a camera could improve communicative skills (actors, reporters, commentators, and hosts). On the other hand, being the one behind the camera could also see the improvement of leadership qualities and the artistic aspects of landscaping (directors). Above all, we hope students who participate in this club learn to not be afraid of expressing themselves and hopefully they get a good habit out of recording precious memories. |
