| WORKING AT GLP |
| Letter from HR Office |
Thank you for your interest in teaching at Bugil Academy.
Faculty members of the Bugil community share the Academy's longstanding commitment to excellence. Although the GLP employs 5 full-time foreign faculty for the 2009 academic year, our faculty is expected to expand to 10 members for 2010 and 15 for 2011. The entire Bugil Academy employee community includes more than 200 teachers across the campus. Our goal is to create and sustain a community where all are appreciated and respected for their individual and collective contributions. We seek to understand the differences and similarities among us, and to appreciate the richness which diversity provides.
The school offers housing and an excellent salary & benefits package that allows for significant savings. If you are interested in applying for a teaching position, please review the opportunities listed at Positions Available and send the necessary information to us. (see How to Apply). We look forward to working with you on this great program. If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
As our new program adds its 11th and 12th grade classes
in 2010 and 2011, Bugil Academy will hire new faculty across the major high school
disciplines-English, Math, Science, and History-and in other subjects such as
foreign languages, economics, and art. In South Korea, the school year starts
with the winter/spring semester rather than the fall semester. Thus, Bugil Academy
seeks teachers able to start a contract in mid-January.
